Deposit Policy

Rosewood Baha Mar requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. If you’re only staying for one night, you pay in full at the time of booking. For stays 19 December 2023 to 4 January 2024 and 20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 you pay a 50% deposit, with the balance due on 30 September. For stays in January (excluding the above New Year dates), February, March and April, bookings are secured with a payment equivalent to a three-night stay.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from May to July, 1 November to 18 December 2023 and 1 November to 19 December 2024, you can cancel for free up to 6pm (Nassau time), 14 days ahead of your arrival date; for stays from August to October, you’ll need to give at least seven days’ notice. After this, in both cases you’ll lose your two-night deposit, and any early departures are charged in full. For stays from 19 December 2023 to 4 January 2024 and 20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025, free cancellation applies until 5pm Nassau time on the preceeding 30 September, when your outstanding balance is taken and the full cost of your stay becomes non-refundable. For stays from 5 January to 30 April 2024, you can cancel for free until 21 days ahead of your arrival date; after this, you’ll be charged the cost of a three-night stay including tax. Any early departures are charged in full.
