Deposit Policy

If more than three rooms are booked, a deposit of 50 per cent is required. For bookings made between 15 December and 6 January, a one night deposit is needed to guarantee a reservation. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during 15 Dec, 2022 to Jan 06, 2023, any cancellations will incur a 100% penalty of the booking amount. For stays during the rest of the year, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be penalized the full booking amount.
