Deposit Policy

Rocco Forte Private Villas requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival during shoulder season (16 March to 16 June, 26 July to 4 August and 17 September to 11 November) and 45 days before arrival during high and peak season (17 June to 25 July and 5 August to 16 September).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free of charge if completed by 3pm local time 14 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation fee applies.
