Cancellation Policy

For bookings during low season (up to 16 June 2023, and 27 August–17 November 2023) you can cancel for free up until 14 days before your arrival date. For bookings during high season (17 June–26 August 2023, and 18 November–15 December 2023) you can cancel for free up until 30 days before your arrival date. After these respective deadlines, you’ll be charged for the full cost of your original booking. Peak season bookings (16 December 2023–6 January 2024) are non-refundable. For 2024, season dates are as follows: low season bookings fall between 1 May–13 June, and 1 September–31 October 2024; high season is 7 January–21 March, all April bookings, 14 June–31 August, and 1 November–19 December 2024; peak-season dates are 22–31 March, and 20 December 2024–4 January 2025. Stays during peak season (13 December 2024 to 4 January 2025 and 11 to 19 April 2025) are non-refundable. For stays during high season (5 January to 10 April 2025, 20 to 30 April 2025, 13 June to 31 August 2025 and 1 November to 18 December 2025), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low season (1 May to 12 June 2025 and 1 September to 31 October 2025), cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
