Housed in the grand, 16th-century Palazzo Ruspoli, the entrance to this suite is dramatic with a Doric columns, a sweeping marble staircase and busts of Roman emperors. Through huge wooden doors there are two large reception rooms and a master bedroom, the centrepiece of which is a large canopied bed dressed in silks with a sizeable original oil painting at the head (five more are hug on the walls, and one is the semi-secret door to a marble ensuite). There's a fully equipped kitchenette too. Up a small flight of stairs is the second bedroom, the Blue Room, has a Delftware palette, with plentiful china vases and pots, a double bed, bookshelf with art tomes and elegant antiques, and it has a second bathroom with a bath tub.
