Deposit Policy
For stays between 1 November to 19 December 2023, 11 January to 30 April 2024 and 1 to 31 October 2024, full prepayment is required 14 days before arrival.
For stays between 20 December 2023 to 10 January 2024, full prepayment is required 30 days before arrival.
For stays between 1 May to 30 September 2024, full prepayment is due seven days before arrival.
For stays from 1 November to 19 December 2024, 11 January to 30 April 2025 and 1 to 31 October 2025, full prepayment is due 21 days before arrival.
For stays from 20 December 2024 to 10 January 2025, full prepayment is due 30 days before arrival.
For stays from 1 May to 30 September 2025, full prepayment is due seven days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays between 11 January to 30 April 2024 and 1 to 31 October 2024, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full.
For stays between 1 May to 30 September 2024, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full.
For stays from 1 November to 19 December 2024, 11 January to 30 April 2025 and 1 to 31 October 2025, cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.
For stays from 20 December 2024 to 10 January 2025, cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
For stays from 1 May to 30 September 2025, cancellations are free up to 10 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.
At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
