Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. For group bookings (more than five rooms) a 50% non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking with the balance (also non-refundable) taken 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival otherwise one night will be charged. For group bookings (more than five rooms) all deposits and balance payments are non-refundable so stricter penalties apply.
