Deposit Policy

Pikaia Lodge requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during 17-30 Nov & 21 Dec-4 Jan, 30 per cent non-refundable deposit is required to book your stay, balance payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. If you’re booking within 90 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. For stays during the rest of the year, 30 per cent non-refundable deposit is required to book your stay, balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you’re booking within 60 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during 17-30 Nov & 21 Dec-4 Jan, cancellations made between 90-61 days prior to arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations made less than 61 days, will incur a penalty of 100% of the entire stay. For stays during the rest of the year, cancellations made between 60-31 days prior to arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations made less than 31 days, will incur a penalty of 100% of the entire stay.
