For stays in the Petra Signature Suite between 1 July to 31 August, full prepayment is required 14 days before arrival. For stays in the Petra Signature Suite at all other times, full prepayment is required seven days before arrival.
For stays in all other rooms between 1 July to 31 August, full prepayment is required seven days before arrival. At all other times, full prepayment is required three days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays in the Petra Signature Suite between 1 July to 31 August, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays in the Petra Signature Suite at all other times, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
For stays in all other rooms between 1 July to 31 August, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations are free up to three days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
