This 32sq m duplex is set on the ground and first floor of the small tower, with direct access to the courtyard and gardens. A red marble staircase leads up to the bedroom on the first floor, which has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Accessed through a steep stone staircase, the 85sq m Black Suite penthouse is housed in an invisible black cube atop of the Palazzo with an expansive private terrace circling the the central courtyard. With sleek, minimal design and custom artworks by Thea Djordjadze and Francesco Arena, this suite has a spacious living room with a Lirico Sofa by Driade and a fully-equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, you'll find a double bed and a dramatically draped linen hiding a wardrobe, while the bathroom features a walk-in shower and a freestanding washbasin. Plus, there's Grown Alchemist bath amenities, Marshall Bluetooth speakers, Society linens and free Wifi throughout.
