Deposit Policy

Origins Lodge requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival or 60 days before arrival during peak season (21 December to 5 January).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up until 30 days before arrival; you’ll be charged 50% of the total stay when cancelling from 15 to 29 days before arrival, and 75% of the total stay when cancelling from 14 days to one day before arrival. After this, the full amount will be charged. During the festive season (21 December to 5 January), you’ll need to cancel up to 60 days before arrival to receive a full refund.
