Deposit Policy
One&Only The Palm requires a deposit of a four-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due .
For stays during shoulder season (11 to 31 May 2024 and 14 to 27 September 2024), a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
For stays during low season (1 June to 13 September 2024), a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due seven days prior to arrival.
For stays during high season (28 September to 18 October 2024, 9 November to 25 December 2024, 8 January to 4 April 2025 and 21 April to 10 May 2025), a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For stays during peak season (19 October to 8 November 2024 and 5 to 20 April 2025), a valid credit card and a one-night deposit are required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For stays during the festive season (26 December 2024 to 7 January 2025), a valid credit card and a 20 per cent deposit are required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
The credit card used to book the stay must be presented at check-in with the cardholders passport or ID.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during shoulder season (11 to 31 May 2024 and 14 to 27 September 2024), cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
For stays during low season (1 June to 13 September 2024), cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full.
For stays during high season (28 September to 18 October 2024, 9 November to 25 December 2024, 8 January to 4 April 2025 and 21 April to 10 May 2025), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
For stays during peak season (19 October to 8 November 2024 and 5 to 20 April 2025), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
For stays during the festive season (26 December 2024 to 7 January 2025), cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full.
At all times, no shows will be charged in full.
