For stays during high season (28 September to 18 October 2024, 9 November to 25 December 2024, 8 January to 4 April 2025 and 21 April to 10 May 2025), a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For stays during peak season (19 October to 8 November 2024 and 5 to 20 April 2025), a valid credit card and a one-night deposit are required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For stays during the festive season (26 December 2024 to 7 January 2025), a valid credit card and a 20 per cent deposit are required at the time of booking to confirm reservations; full prepayment is due 45 days prior to arrival. The credit card used to book the stay must be presented at check-in with the cardholders passport or ID.

For stays during the festive season (26 December 2024 to 7 January 2025), cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, no shows will be charged in full.
