Deposit Policy

One&Only Reethi Rah requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during high season (1 October to 16 December 2023, 11 January to 6 May 2024 and 1 October to 16 December 2024) and shoulder season (7 May to 30 September 2023 and 7 May to 30 September 2024), the remaining balance is due 24 hours before arrival. For stays during festive season (17 December 2023 to 10 January 2024 and 17 December 2024 to 10 January 2025), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during high season (1 October to 16 December 2023, 11 January to 6 May 2024 and 1 October to 16 December 2024), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during shoulder season (7 May to 30 September 2023 and 7 May to 30 September 2024), cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during festive season (17 December 2023 to 10 January 2024 and 17 December 2024 to 10 January 2025), cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay; those made later will be charged in full.
