Deposit Policy

One&Only Reethi Rah requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A one night deposit is required to confirm your booking. From 9 January to 30 September 2021 the remaining balance is taken 7 days before arrival. From 1 October to 17 December 2021 the remaining balance is taken 21 days before arrival. For payments made with an American Express card the hotel requires an authorisation form copy of the credit card (front and back) and a copy of the credit card holder’s passport. Payment by Visa and Mastercard can be made online and authorised on arrival; Traveler’s Checks are not accepted. \nBookings may be cancelled by the hotel at any time prior to arrival in which case a full refund will be offered.
