Deposit Policy

For stays during high season (23 June to 26 August 2023, 24 May to 20 June 2024 and 1 to 21 September 2024), full prepayment is due 21 days before arrival. For stays during shoulder season (27 August to 7 October 2023, 29 December 2023 to 2 January 2024, 26 April to 23 May 2024, 22 September to 12 October 2024 and 29 December 2024 to 2 January 2025), full prepayment is due 14 days before arrival. For stays during low season (8 October to 28 December 2023, 3 January to 25 April 2024, 13 October to 28 December 2024 and 3 to 5 January 2025), full prepayment is due seven days before arrival. For all stays in the Suite One and Villas, a one-night refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during high season (23 June to 26 August 2023, 24 May to 20 June 2024 and 1 to 21 September 2024), cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during shoulder season (27 August to 7 October 2023, 29 December 2023 to 2 January 2024, 26 April to 23 May 2024, 22 September to 12 October 2024 and 29 December 2024 to 2 January 2025), cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low season (8 October to 28 December 2023, 3 January to 25 April 2024, 13 October to 28 December 2024 and 3 to 5 January 2025), cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
