Deposit Policy

A charge of 25% of the total price (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

During the festive season (22 December 2025 to 6 January 2026 and 22 December 2026 to 5 January 2027), cancellations are free up until 90 days before arrival, otherwise the full amount of the booking will be payable. During the rest of the year, cancellations are free up until 60 days before arrival. Within 60 and 31 days of arrival, 50 per cent of the booking will be charged. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount.
