Deposit Policy

One&Only Nyungwe House requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due at least 60 days (90 days during the festive season: 23 December 2022 to 5 January 2023) before arrival. The deposit is non-refundable and due within a week of booking. During the festive season, reservations made within 90 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours of booking.

Cancellation Policy

During the festive season (23 December 2022 to 5 January 2023 and 23 December 2023 to 05 January 2024 and 22 December 2024 to 06 January 2025), cancellations are free up until 90 days before arrival, otherwise the full amount of the booking will be payable. During the rest of the year, cancellations are free up until 60 days before arrival. Within 60 and 31 days of arrival, 50 per cent of the booking will be charged. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount.
