Deposit Policy
One&Only Desaru Coast requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays during peak season (22 to 31 December), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
At all other times (1 January to 21 December), a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking for Grand Suites and Villa One rooms, with the remaining balance due seven days before arrival. Bookings made within seven days of arrival will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
Please note that all stays on the advance purchase and early bird rates require full non-refundable prepayment at the time of booking. Bookings made with the 'Stay 7 nights and pay 5' and 'Stay 4 nights and pay 3' offer require the full deposit within thirty days.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during peak season (22 to 31 December), cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full (including Gala dinners, if applicable).
At all other times (1 January to 21 December), cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
For stays on the advance purchase and early bird rates, cancellations will be charged in full at all times. Bookings made with the 'Stay 7 nights and pay 5' and 'Stay 4 nights and pay 3' offer can cancel thirty days before free of charge, after that the guest is charged in full. No-shows and early departures will also be charged in full.
