Deposit Policy

One&Only Desaru Coast requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For guests staying from now till 13 April, 18 April to 30 June 2022, 28 August to 29 September 2022, 9 October to 21 December 2022, 8 to 19 January 2023, and 29 January to 31 March 2023, cancellations made up to seven days before arrival will not be charged; those made later will be charged in full. For guests staying from 14 to 17 April 2022, 1 July to 27 August 2022, 30 September to 8 October 2022, 3 to 7 January 2023 and 20 to 28 January 2023, cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival will not be charged; those made later will be charged in full. For guests staying over the Festive Season (22 December 2022 to 2 January 2023), cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival will not be charged; those made later will be charged in full.
