Nido requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged on the day of booking. The remainder 70% of the total amount of your reservation will be paid at any time between 6 to 0 days prior to your arrival or at check-in time.
During peak season (10 June 2024 to 29 August 2024) Cancellations received between 21 and 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total agreed price of the reservation. Cancellations received between 13 to 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed price of the reservations. Cancellations received between 6 to 0 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total agreed price of the reservation. Early departure or no-show is subject to a fee of 90% of the price of the remaining overnights of the reservation.
