Deposit Policy

Masseria Torre Maizza requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays in the Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all rooms during low season (28th March- 8th May 2024 and 13th October- 30th November 2024) a credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking. During middle season (9th May- 12th June and 8th September- 12th October 2024), a non-refundable 30% deposit is required seven days before arrival; during peak season (13th June- 7th September 2024), a non-refundable 30% deposit is due 14 days before arrival. For stays in the Deluxe Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all other suites during low season (28th March- 8th May 2024 and 13th October- 30th November 2024), a credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking. During middle season (9th May- 12th June and 8th September- 12th October 2024), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required seven days before arrival; during peak season (13th June- 7th September 2024), a non-refundable 50% deposit is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in the Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all rooms during low season (8 October to 4 November 2023), cancellations are free until 3pm (local time) two days before arrival; those made later will be charged for 25% of the total stay. During middle season, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival (14 days in peak season); those made later will be charged the 30% deposit total. For stays the Deluxe Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all other suites during low season (8 October to 4 November 2023), cancellations are free until 3pm (local time) two days before arrival; those made later will be charged for 25% of the total stay. During middle season, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival (21 days in peak season); those made later will be charged the 50% deposit total.
