Deposit Policy

Masseria Torre Maizza requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays in the Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all rooms during low and middle season (21 April 2025 - 11 June 2025 and 21 September - 29 October 2025), a non-refundable 30% deposit is required seven days before arrival; during peak season (12 June - 20 September 2025), a non-refundable 30% deposit is due 14 days before arrival. For stays in the Deluxe Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all other suites during low and middle season (21 April 2025 - 11 June 2025 and 21 September - 29 October 2025), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required seven days before arrival; during peak season (12 June - 20 September 2025), a non-refundable 50% deposit is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in the Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all rooms during low season, cancellations are free until 3pm (local time) two days before arrival; those made later will be charged for 25% of the total stay. During middle season, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival (14 days in peak season); those made later will be charged the 30% deposit total. For stays in the Deluxe Junior Suite with Terrace and Garden and all other suites during low season cancellations are free until 3pm (local time) two days before arrival; those made later will be charged for 25% of the total stay. During middle season, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival (21 days in peak season); those made later will be charged the 50% deposit total.
