Deposit Policy

Marram requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For the dates between (24 May - 03 September) a deposit of the full stay plus taxes and the resort fee will be charged when booking. For the rest of the year, a deposit of one night's stay plus taxes and the resort fee will be charged when booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 24 May to 3 September, cancellations made within 30 days will be charged in full. For stays between 1 January to 23 May and 4 September to 31 December, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
