Deposit Policy

Lula requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For all stays, the hotel requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, and is then considered non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

For stays January 4-December 19, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total stay. For stays December 20-January 3, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total stay.
