Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy

For all stays between 20 December 2022 and 10 January 2023, cancellations made within 30 days will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. At all other times, cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged in full.

The standalone deluxe room features a large double bed and a rustic separate living area. The 250sq m space has a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and an ensuite bathroom, which opens up to a private garden with its own ambalama (a traditional Sri Lankan structure designed for resting and relaxing).

Villa Suite

The 280sq m luxury villas each have a large double bed topped with high thread-count Egyptian cotton. The exposed ceilings and timber rafters contribute to a light and airy interior; when the sun sinks, stainless steel lamps radiate a soft warm light that makes the space more intimate. Bathrooms are spacious, with a large rain shower and direct access to a private courtyard, where there is also a plunge pool, perfect for romantic nights in.

Forest Pavilion

Elevated on stilts and cantilevered out from the forested hillside, these adult-only pavilions have a king-size bed with a canopy and light cotton mosquito net, and an open-air ensuite bathroom (a canvas canopy is installed during the rainy season). There’s also a mini-fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There's no WiFi, so enjoy your digital detox. Please note that as these rooms have open-air bathrooms, some insects are to be expected.
