Deposit Policy
A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Les Deux Tours requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. The hotel take their deposit 15 days prior to arrival at which point it is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a charge in full.
