Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Les Deux Tours requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. The hotel take their deposit 15 days prior to arrival at which point it is non-refundable.

Pool Suite

The eight Pool Suites (80–100sq m) come with twin beds or a double super king-size bed and an ensuite with a bath tub or shower. Their varying locations within the hotel determine their own private facilities – which include a private terrace or patio, garden and swimming pool. Only four of the pools can be heated (for €45 a day) and these must be requested when booking. All rooms feature a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, desk, central heating and safe. An extra bed can be added to some of the rooms.

Exceptional Family Suite

This 120sq m family-friendly suite has a large private garden. There’s a large, light-filled living room with cream-coloured sofas. This sprawling villa has three bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed (or twins, on request) – and two bathrooms – each with a walk-in shower and a bath tub. There are fireplaces in some rooms and the suite also has a flatscreen TV and a minibar.

This 115sq m suite has a private courtyard with a heated swimming pool and two sunloungers. The large apartment is decorated with vintage furnishings and there’s a sitting room with a cosy lounge area, an open fireplace and space for an extra guest bed. In the separate bedroom there’s a super king-size bed (or twins, on request), a walk-in dressing room and an antique writing desk. The black-and-white marble ensuite bathroom is decorated in art deco style, with large mirrors, a walk-in shower and a separate bath tub. The suite also has air-conditioning and free WiFi.
