Deposit Policy

Leeu House requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays over the festive season (20 December to 10 January), full payment must be made by 1 July.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in low season (1 May to 31 August), cancellations are free up until 13 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays in high season (1 March to 30 April and 1 September to 19 December), cancellations are free up until 29 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays in peak season (11 January to 28 February), cancellations are free up until 59 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays over the festive season (20 December to 10 January), cancellations can be made for free up until 1 July (when full payment will be charged). If full payment is not made by this date or the stay is cancelled after this date, the room will be released to be resold without notification and any payment taken previously will be retained as a cancellation fee. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full at all times.
