Le Val Thorens requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For flexible rate stays, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For discounted rate stays, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Please note, although a credit card is needed for a pre-authorisation, no payment is taken and bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is paid. The hotel will send a payment link upon booking; if payment is not received within 48 hours of receipt, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Please be aware that cancellations made later than 30 days after booking will incur a charge in full.
