Deposit Policy

La Lancha requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A two night deposit will be charged at time of booking with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. For festive stays (17 December 2022 to 1 January 2023 and 16 December 2023 to 1 January 2024) 50 per cent deposit is charged upon booking with the remainder due before 1 October 2022/2023.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 60 days before arrival to avoid a penalty fee. Cancellations made 59 to 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 50 per cent of deposit fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. For festiVe stays (17 December 2022 to 1 January 2023 and 16 December 2023 to 1 January 2024) cancellations made after 1 October 2022/2023 will be charged in full. All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Each suite has free WiFi, an Illy espresso machine, and a minibar stocked with water, wine, soft drinks and Belikin beer.
