Deposit Policy
La Clé des Montagnes requires a further deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For all stays between 11 January 2023 and 19 December 2023, a 20 per cent refundable commitment fee is required within 14 days of booking confirmation; during the festive season (20 December to 10 January) this commitment fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Please note that all refundable commitment fees and final payments are held in separate secure accounts until the arrival date. Bookings held without a commitment fee are considered provisional and are subject to change if the same dates are requested by someone else. In this case, you will be notified and you must pay the commitment fee within 48 hours to secure your booking, after which the fee will become non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent.
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 29 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
