Deposit Policy
Kayaam House requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For bookings from 1 July until 19 December 2023, full payment can be made on arrival.
For bookings between 20 December 2023 and 10 January 2024, a 30% deposit is required when booking; the full balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For stays from 11 January to 23 December 2024 and 6 January to 30 April 2025, a 30% deposit is required 30 days before arrival; the full balance is due 14 days before arrival.
For stays from 24 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking; the full balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays between 1 July to 19 December 2023, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay, while those made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays between 20 December 2023 and 10 January 2024, cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay, while those made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
For stays from 11 January to 23 December 2024 and 6 January to 30 April 2025, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made between 30 and 14 days of arrival will be charged 30 per cent of the total stay; those made between 14 and seven days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent and those made less than seven days before arrival will be charged in full.
For stays from 24 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total stay; those made between 60 and 30 days of arrival will be charged 50%, and those made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
