A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Kanopi House requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% non-refundable balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival. Because of our strict no refund policy, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation, the money collected will be used as a credit towards a future stay with us within one year of your original arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation more than 15 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be used as a credit towards a future stay with us within one year of your original arrival date. In the event of a cancellation within 15 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking will be applied, with the credit balance left to be used towards a future stay within one year of your original arrival date. In the event of a no show, the credit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. Because of our strict no refund policy, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. All credits must be used within 365 days of your original arrival date.
