Deposit Policy
Jumby Bay Island requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made over the festive season (20 December to 4 January), the 50% deposit is non-refundable and the balance is due by 1 August.
Cancellation Policy
From 5 January to 4 April, cancellations are free up until 45 days before arrival; after this time, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 14 days or fewer before arrival, the full amount of the booking will be payable.
From 20 December to 4 January, cancellations at any time forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations must be made before the start of the August preceeding the stay to avoid a further charge; after this date, the full amount of the booking will be payable.
For stays at all other times, cancellations are free up until 30 days before arrival; after this time, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 14 days or fewer before arrival, the full amount of the booking will be payable.
