Deposit Policy

Jicaro Island Lodge requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. All reservations must be fully paid in advance unless other conditions are specified.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 20 December to 5 January, cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during high season (from 6 January to 30 April, and from 1 November to 19 December), cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 May to 31 October, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
