Deposit Policy

Jicaro Island Lodge requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 20 December to 5 January, cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during high season (from 6 January to 30 April, and from 1 November to 19 December), cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 May to 31 October, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
