Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort requires a further deposit of FJD 1500, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival the accommodation must be paid for in full.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. For any reservation cancelled between 45 and 14 days prior to arrival a penalty fee of 50% of total stay will apply. Full stay payment will be required for any reservation cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date for early departures or no shows.

Honeymoon Point Reef with Spa

This secluded, split-level, Fijian designed oceanfront Honeymoon Point Reef bure boasts a spa bath on its balcony, making it the cream of the crop for honeymooners. The 750 square foot space also has a king-size bed on the upper level, which leads onto a private deck with two chaise longues. On the lower level, the sitting room has two couches and the deck houses an outdoor table for four.

Set on the water’s edge overlooking the resort’s private island, the magnificent Villa can sleep up to five people (children under the age of six on request only). The Villa is a series of linked Fijian bures, with expansive decks on several levels. The master bedroom complex features a four-poster bed overlooking a sunken jacuzzi spa , which has views to a private garden with its own waterfall and outdoor shower. Located on the other side of the deck and pool is a living area with kitchette and bathroom, which can act as a second bedroom. Set in a secluded part of the resort, the elevated, Fijian designed split-level Oceanfront Point Reef bures offer extra privacy and space, with spectacular ocean views from the living room and bedroom. Inside the 750 square foot space, there’s a king-size bed on the upper level and two couches on the lower level. A private deck leads off the bedroom and sitting room, housing an outdoor table for four and two chaise longues. Children are welcome in these bures during specific periods over school holidays and summer holidays, on request. Rates are based on two people sharing, first two children under 13 stays free.
