Deposit Policy

For all bookings, full prepayment is required 21 days prior to arrival. In the case of missed payments, the hotel has the right to cancel reservations.

Cancellation Policy

For all 2022 bookings, except those on the non-refundable rate, cancellations are free of charge when made more than 21 days before arrival; those made between 21 and 10 days prior to arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay; those made within 10 days of arrival will be charged in full. For all 2023 bookings, except those on the non-refundable rate, cancellations are free of charge when made more than 21 days before arrival; those made within 20 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
