Deposit Policy

Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. The deposit increases to two nights of the booking for stays in high season (5 January to 14 February 2024, 20 February to 30 March 2024, 9 June to 17 August 2024, 5 January to 12 February 2025, 18 February to 19 April 2025, and 8 June to 16 August 2025).

Cancellation Policy

For stays during holiday season (21 December to 4 January), you can cancel for free up until 30 days before arrival; cancellations made later and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 15–19 February 2024 and 13–17 February 2025, you can cancel for free up until three days before arrival; cancellations made later and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays in high season (5 January to 14 February 2024, 20 February to 30 March 2024, 9 June to 17 August 2024, 5 January to 12 February 2025, 18 February to 19 April 2025, and 8 June to 16 August 2025), you can cancel for free up until three days before arrival; cancellations made later and no-shows will be charged for two nights of the stay. At all other times, you can cancel for free up until three days before arrival; cancellations made later and no-shows will be charged for one night of the stay.
