Deposit Policy
Reservations are secured with full payment at the time of booking for Advance Purchase Rates (non-refundable), or with credit-card details for Flexible Rate bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Booking terms and conditions:
• Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. Payment must be made in the hotel in Croatian Kuna as per exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of arrival.
• Cancellation will be accepted free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
• In the case of cancellation outside of the cancellation policy or no show, your credit card will be charged for the full reservation amount.
• For shortened stay, the same conditions as for no-show will be applied.
• Room rates include buffet breakfast and VAT.
• City tax may be subject to change depending on the Government's decision and it can be up to 3 euro per person daily. It will be invoiced in Croatian Kuna according to the Government Decision.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib.
• All children above 2 years are charged 40 Euro per person per night for extra beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds / cribs in a room is 1.
• Check in time is from 2 p.m. and check out time is before noon.
• For any change of existing reservations, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

• If the reservation is recognized as a part of a group booking (5 rooms or more), hotel preserves the right to apply non-refundable rate policy, which means: charge the credit card in advance and eliminate the possibility to change or cancel the reservation.
