Deposit Policy

Hotel Esencia requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Hotel Esencia requires a 50% deposit to guarantee the booking and the remaining balance will be collected 121 days prior to arrival for Christmas and New Years season (December 21-January 7). For High Season, (13 Nov 2021 - 20 Dec 2021 & 05 Jan 2022 - 30 Apr 2022), 50% deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining 50% balance due 30 days prior arrival. For the rest of the year, the balance of the deposit will be due 14 days before arrival. A processing fee of $100 USD applies for any modifications or changes made between the time of booking and when the cancellation policy goes into effect.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before 12:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
