Deposit Policy

Hermitage Castelo Casa Chafariz requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stays on the semi-flexible rate, a 30 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. For stays on the flexible rate the full balance is due 14 days before arrival. Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings on the standard rate with breakfast can be cancelled free of charge when made up to 14 days before arrival; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival for stays on the semi-flexible rate will be charged the 30 per cent deposit total; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. For stays from 30 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. For stays from 11 to 29 December 2023 and 2 January to 15 March 2024, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later within seven days will be charged in full.
