Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Haritha Villas & Spa requires a further deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 20 per cent deposit is due directly to Mr and Mrs Smith at time of booking; the remaining balance will be collected at the hotel.
