Deposit Policy

GoldenEye requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays from 20 December to 3 January deposits are non refundable and the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. For stays at all other times the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If the value of the 3 night deposit is less than 50% of the total value of the booking a 50% deposit will be taken instead.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation prior to 15 days of arrival; if cancelling within 15 days of arrival, 100% of booking total will be charged
