Deposit Policy
GoldenEye requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays from 20 December to 3 January deposits are non refundable and the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. For stays at all other times the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If the value of the 3 night deposit is less than 50% of the total value of the booking a 50% deposit will be taken instead.
Cancellation Policy
For stays from 20 December to 3 January cancellations made within 45 days of arrival no-shows and unexpected departures will be charged in full. For stays at all other times cancellations made within 15 days of arrival no-shows and unexpected departures will be charged in full. Ian Fleming Villa - any cancellation will incur a charge of 25% cancellations received between 60-30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% and cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge in full.
