Deposit Policy
Golden Rock Dive & Nature Resort requires a deposit of 10% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays during High Season (15 Dec - 14 Apr), 40% deposit due 21 days prior to arrival. Balance to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
For stays during the rest of the year, 100% deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
High Season Cancellation Policy (15 Dec 2023 - 14 Apr 2024):
Cancellations made after booking & up until 21 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 40% of booking total; cancellations made between 21-14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 70 percent, cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
Rest of the Year Cancellation Policy (13 Mar 2023 - 14 Dec 2023):
Cancellations made up until 14 days of arrival may cancel without penalty, cancellations made between 14-7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 90 percent; cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
