Deposit Policy
A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full.
Geejam requires a further deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
Final payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival date. For Easter final payment is due 60 days in advance and 90 days in advance for Christmas and New Year (December 20 to January 5).
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 45 days or over prior to arrival: Full refund on the 3 nights deposit. 60 days prior to arrival apply to Easter and 90 days prior to arrival apply to Christmas and New Year.
Cancel inside 45 days: 3 nights deposit non-refundable. Inside 60 days apply to Easter and inside 90 days apply to Christmas and New Year.
Cancel 30 or fewer days prior to arrival or no-show: No refund and final payment (balance of stay) is also forfeited. 60 or fewer days apply to Easter and 90 or fewer days apply to Christmas and New Year.
