Deposit Policy
Fregate Island Private requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.
During high season (13th April-27th April 2019, 22nd December 2019-14th January 2020) or for group bookings of six or more villas, the 50 per cent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is taken 90 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 90 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.
Payment can only be made via bank transfer; credit card payments are not accepted for the deposit payments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will not be charged; those made 61 to 90 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay, and those made within 60 days of arrival, early departures or no-shows will be charged 100 per cent of the stay.
