At the top of the more modern tower, this vast 200sq m duplex suite (for two guests) is at the height of the hotel’s hideaways too. Decor is minimal, using wood panelling, stone flooring and large glass windows, but there are plenty of above-and-beyond extras here. On the lower level there’s a large open-plan living and dining area with a bar, wine fridge and minibar filled with alcoholic drinks (including stone-pine gin) – the first round is free but refills are charged. There’s also a tea- and coffee-making kit, Marshall speaker, sink and a table set for four guests. There’s a corner sofa to relax on and a TV inlaid into the wall, and glass doors lead to a large furnished terrace with 180-degree views of the Dolomites. The bedroom has a king-size box-spring bed and a window wall so you can admire the view, and the bathroom has a bath tub with leafy views, twin sinks and a huge walk-in shower; there’s a guest powder room too. On the upper level, there’s a private sauna and second shower, and a second terrace with a heated pool and sunloungers. Plus you’ll have free WiFi, a Nespresso coffee machine, desk and Forestis bath products.
