Deposit Policy
Explora Sacred Valley requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before arrival. For stays during the holiday season (21 December to 1 January 2024), a 50% deposit is due when booking and the balance 60 days before arrival. For verification purposes the credit card used at booking must be presented on arrival. If a third party card is used the guests must present a copy of the front and back of the credit card signed by the card holder in addition to a copy of the card holder’s passport and a signed approval form from the cardholder. In the event the guests fails to adhere to the above terms the credit card will be refunded in full and the guest will have to make full payment directly at the resort.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made for free up to 30 days before arrival; those made 15 to 29 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay; and those made 14 days or fewer before arrival will be charged in full. For stays over the holiday season (21 December to 1 January 2024), cancellations can be made for free up to 60 days before arrival; those made 30 to 59 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay; and those made 29 days or fewer before arrival will be charged in full.
