Deposit Policy

Explora Patagonia National Park requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For stays between 24 and 31 December, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. For verification purposes the credit card used at booking must be presented on arrival. If a third party card is used the guests must present a copy of the front and back of the credit card signed by the card holder in addition to a copy of the card holder’s passport and a signed approval form from the cardholder. In the event the guests fails to adhere to the above terms the credit card will be refunded in full and the guest will have to make full payment directly at the resort.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 24 and 31 December, cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made between 59 and 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made between 29 and 15 days will be charged for 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full.
