Deposit Policy

Esiweni Lodge requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The balance will be charged one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 20 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
